Dear Parents, 

We would like to inform you that due to heavy polution in the Beijing vicinity, Beijing BISS International School will be closed Thursday, Janauary 5, 2017. As such, eLearning procedures will go into effect, whereby the BISS teachers will post work to be completed from home, throughout the school day, on the blogs and WeChat groups (for the elementary School) and via Moodle (in the Secondary School). 

Please note that the buses will not be running today. We will be in close communication will all families about the status of the school opening or remaiing closed for Friday. 

I am sure we are all eagerly awaiting the winds to come into Beijing and clean the skies.
