Dear BISS Faculty and Staff, 

Our annual Intercultural Day scheduled for tomorrow is cancelled. What has been in the past a formality to seek approval from the local police department to hold this event has been complicated by the Chinese party meetings that began last Wednesday and will continue through next week. 

I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused, and we will let you know if the event is able to be rescheduled. Have a relaxing and restful weekend.
